Editorial Independence and Schedule

Editors make decisions independently on scholarly merit. Publisher, partner, advertising, payment, and commercial considerations do not determine editorial outcomes. Conflicted submissions are reassigned to an independent editor. The journal publishes twelve issues per year. Issue dates follow the announced publication schedule; Vol. 10 No. 8 (2026) is scheduled for 31 August 2026. DOAJ submission will occur after that scheduled date and after a final policy and workflow verification.
